All of our gold and silver lines will ship within 1-2 business days. Our diamond lines ship within 1-7 days, depending on the
item. If you need an item sooner, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. Please note the day you place the order does not count as
the first business day. For example, if you place an order on Monday, we will
ship your order on Tuesday or Wednesday. If you order on Friday, we will ship on the following
Monday or Tuesday for our gold and silver lines.
Yes, we ship internationally. Customers will be responsible for any duty
and taxes imposed by their country. International shipping

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Returns are processed within 1-3 business days after we receive the return. Any returned items must be in the same condition as it was when it was originally shipped or we will revoke your refund or exchange.

Please mail the item back to us through USPS (UPS and FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses) and include the original invoice. Please state on the invoice the reason for the return and if you want a refund or exchange. Refunds are processed 1-3 business days when the item received. Shipping cost will not be refunded. All purchases must be returned in the condition they were received or your refund or exchange will be revoked.
